Roadside Assistance

My dad's car broke down on the highway yesterday (Gillooly's interchange). My dad's car was in a dangerous position but police stopped and managed to help push his car to a safer area next to the highway. I called Outsurance to see if they could assist in towing my dad's car. I dealt with an employee from Outsurance by the name of Keegan Nayager who was amazing! He called my dad to find out his exact location and sent someone immediately to assist him. The car was towed to a dealer In Germiston and Keegan was kind to call me immediately to tell me he just spoke to my dad and that he is OK and that that someone has been dispatched to assist my dad and then he called me again to inform me that my dad was safe with the driver and they were on their way to the dealer. Thank you Keegan for taking this situation so seriously and actioning it so quickly and following through with calls to not only reassure my dad but to reassure me as well. My dad is a pensioner and is diabetic so the shock of breaking down on the highway did not make him feel well but thanks to Outsurance, my dad was at the dealer in no time who then took great care of him and took him home to rest. Thank you!!!!
