On the 7th off April I broke down with my Microbus and called Outsurance roadside assist. A lady by the name of Miriam assisted me and told me that she will arrange a towing company for me. Also she asked how I will travel back to Cape Town to get home and I informed her that I will fly from George airport back home. She followed up with several phone calls until the towing company arrived to see if I was safe. She has also arranged for the towing company to drive me to the airport so that I was able to catch a flight. Monday morning early Miriam called and notified me that my vehicle was delivered in Cape Town and made sure once again that I was ok

She was well mannered and friendly through everything and kept me calm all the way with her service
