ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE

<p>My car broke down on the N1 on Sunday afternoon. I contacted Outsurance, provided my ID number and requested road side assistance. Ronel Perel answered my mayday and in less than 30 mins after speaking to her we had Bassons towing service there to take the car away. Even the gentleman from Bassons, Alan, was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you very much Ronel. It was a bad experience turned good.</p>
