I am so furious with Outsurance, they are advertising that they pay their claims within two days..That is a LIE.<br> I waited 3 weeks for my third party claim to be processed and on top of that they give a less quote than the one I received from BMW approved repairer. My car is a 2014 BMW and I cannot just take it to any repair center to fix otherwise I will lose my warranty. I went and requested a quote from BMW and they quoted me R24000 but Outsurance want to pay me R16000.Who is going to cover the shortfall? The agent who is assisting me is very understanding but cannot assist but to follow process.. I called the place where Outsurance claim to have obtained the quote from (a different BMW repairer) so that I can confirm that if I bring my car to them they will fix it at that amount. They informed me that Outsurance never quote with them, they do their own quote..They also informed me that they can see from Outsurance quotes some parts were omitted and the labour charge were also under charged.. So to everyone out there please check before signing any offer coming from Outsurance assessors, they under charge and you will end up with a HUGE shortfall. I am disgusted by them actually
