********** and **** to by Outsurance Sales Consultant

Today I app**** for insurance for my new used vehicle. It turns out the basic excess for a lower installment with Outsurance is R4800. I mentioned to the sales consultant that this was high, she then preceded to tell me based on my profile over the next couple of months my excess will get less if I conduct my profile well. I was happy with this and signed up.

I then thought about it and I got the feeling the Sales Consultant was lying so I called back and asked another consultant the same question to which she confirmed this is not true.

Is this what we get as customers? LIES! So that sales consultants can make commission?

A nice gentleman from Outsurance tried to salvage my respect in Outsurance and said he would look into the matter by listening back to the call and gave me a R50 discount on my installment. It's not about the money...

However, I'm so upset to be **** to... where is the moral fiber in the insurance industry these days? Is this what it's become??? Outsurance, I wonder how many other of your Sales Consultants are just as greedy...
