Ripoff

Phoned to submit a claim. I was told the excess is R4010. But my wife was the regular driver on the system. Decided not to claim because cant afford the excess this month. Was transferred to another department to update me as the regular driver. Now the excess is R5800 and my premium has changed from R581 to R1100!!?!? How am I supposed to ever fix my car?!?!?
