<p>Over 13 yrs claim free, NO CASH BACK BONUS or reduction of premiums. R 2380 excess for a burst gyser. Replacement of the gyser occurred two days later. I'm totally horrified with Outsurance. I had requested for the policy to be cancelled and was told that somebody will contact me, I'm still waiting.</p>
