Ridiculous service from the claims department

The experience I have with OUTsurance is ridiculous I when I lodged a claim I was told that my excess was R9000 yet when I was sold the product I was not told about this amount and one of the assessors said she will investigate the matter and give me feedback up until today I’m waiting for a call from them when I called I spoke to a lady called princess shabangu who also works at the claims department who was not willing to assist me if only knew that this ridiculous company was like this I was not gna even join this insurance I wouldn’t recommend OUTsurance to anyone honestly they agents who work at the claims department don’t wana work all they know is to inform us they will call us back and then they don’t nxaaaaaa😡😡😡😡
