Ridiculous Premiums

I call to inform them that my place of work has changed. Immediately I was informed that due to this my premium will go up. I'm relatively new to the "working life" so an increase of more than R200 is quite a lot for me, and I had no shame admitting this to the consultant. He put me through to higher management and the manager, Monty, was more than understanding. He decreased my original premium with R300. I am very happy with the service!
