Ridiculous premium increase of 25% without any claim.

I have been with OUTSURANCE for a few years now and received the most disappointing service from them. My premium was recently increased with 25% a month. I couldn’t understand as I haven’t made any recent claims. The amount my premiums are increased with is just under R700 a month. Upon inquiring about this, I received a very cold shoulder and was told it’s due to me making a late, NOT a NON PAYMENT in March. After discussing this with a few colleagues and friends that also agrees, I’m now thinking to rather ‘SWITCH AND SAVE’ to another insurer, as i find a yearly increase of OUTSURANCE of 25% ridiculous. Wondering if anyone else also experienced such an huge increase. And the service received when i started with OutsuranceDEFINITELY doesn’t met the recent received.
