Ridiculous increase for being divorced

Ive been with outsurance for a year and was very happy, untill today. I wanted to add my Huawei p20 on my policy and after the lady confirmed and changed my details from married to divorce I was told there will be a pro-rata fee of R55 that will be deducted tomorrow for changing my details and my premium has now gone from R430 to R580.. When i was put through to another department for no apparant reason I asked the guy whats happening with my premium.. Hye stipulated that since I am no longer married but now a divorcee I am a higher risk, therefor the ridiculous increase in my premium.. Where as Budget and Dial Direct quoted me R340 and R390 on the same day on my insurance as a divorcee.. So just by me trying to get my phone covered through outsurance, I get *****ed over with this ridiculous story. I will be cancelling my policy with OUTSURANCE. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
