Ridiculous increase
I am asking again. Why am I being charged R985 from R750 for a 2015 vehicle for a pensioner????? The value of the vehicle has decreased substantially! The vehicle is rarely being used!!

16 May 2024, 09:17Good morning Mumtaz,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Premiums are guaranteed for a year thereafter on the anniversary of your policy there will be an annual increase where factors such as claims, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes etc. will have an influence on the rerate.
You are correct in saying that the value of your vehicle decreases, however parts and labor increase on an annual basis.
Our client care manager will review your premium and contact you.
