Ridiculous Customer Service and Assistance
The most pathetic customer service I have ever encountered from any car insurance company. Road side assistance driver phones back 50 minutes after request for assistance is logged, to tell us they are an HOUR away! Why the f@ck do you call a driver 2 hours from Tygervalley for assistance?? You have the gall to send us a 30 minute TMA. Worse is then calling the call-center and being patronized "text book" style. This is honestly the most clown insurance company in South Africa. They treat their customers like f@cking children. Avoid them at ANY cost ~ you will be far better off in the long run.

What you described was concerning and after responding privately to your review we escalated the matter for urgent attention.
Ethel our rescue manager contacted you to address your concerns. We are unable to trace the policy or claim and you advised Ethel that it was on your girlfriend's policy and you don't want to provide the policy detail. We would really like to look into the matter and address the service transgressions accordingly. Ethel has sent you an email requesting the claim detail, please can you forward the detail to Ethel and we'll investigate the matter.
