Ridiculous charge after cancellation

I cancelled my insurance with OUTsurance because I’m busy selling my car. They just deducted a R150 from my accounts, I don’t know why & for what as no one informed me of this. They know that I’m not working & am a wheelchair user. I was a faithful customer for almost 5 years & with my previous vehicle. I was planning of buying a new car & getting insured with them again, but after this dis service after my loyalty. They can forget & I will use my influence on social media to inform my followers of this.
