Ridiculous Annual Increase
I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly father of 84 years old.
His car is insured with Outsurance. You increased his monthly premium from R320,67 to R400,82. That is a jump of nearly 25%!!
How is it possible to have an annual increase of 25%?
I am awaiting your feedback.
