Ridicoulous, unjustified & uncommincated increase
Hi, i am trying to check my emails on the ridiculous yearly increase of 19.3% & I cant find it. Nevertheless, last year my increase was 8.3%. Unfortunately, I cant afford the increase of 19.3%. In addition, OUTsurance should have at least call or send me an SMS about this unjustified & high increase. Bearing in mind, I have been a loyal customer & I don't deserve this from outsurance.

Lesego our client services manager contacted you to address your concerns. We do send out rerate notifications 45 days prior to the rerate taking effect. There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments, underwriting changes etc.
