Review Outsurance was exceptionally efficient and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with this company,as you get the same consultant assisting you each time, no hanging on the phone for hours or having to repeat your details or story of event over and over...no pressing 1, 2, 3 or 4 and then getting no where fast! Excellent personal service followed up by a digital assessment and email and whatsapp messages, with the same personal name attached. And each time my policy was in front of them available and all info at their fingertips. Absolutely amazing...restored my confidence in Insurance as have had a very bad experience with another insurance company....thank you Outsurance....you can be sure with OUTsurance.
