<div>*Review:* Mr MGT Swart ID ************* 13 Quinine Glen Marais Kempton Park Claim no. *** Original incident date Date 22 May 2023 Vehicle Reg TGX 962 GP NISSAN NAVARRA ACCIDENT HISTORY Whilst driving on the OR Tambo highway between Edenvale and Kempton Park a rim presumably a truck rim was rolled from the embarkment into the rd and hit the vehicle head on Outsurance appointed a service provider who repaired it. Three months after the repairs the vehicle started using water and overheated. I eventually took the vehicle to Nolan service Centre in Croydon. He established that the radiator that was fitted after the accident is not compatible and that the suspension was cracked and filled up with a putty filler and sprayed to cover it. This resulted in a serious threat to my and my families lives. The vehicle was removed by Outsurance. I phoned the Outsurance call centre on 5 Feb 2026. After a Month no assessment by an Assessor was done.</div>
