We had a massive flood in our garden during March 2018 due to an inlet pipe bursting on a strip of land that belongs to the City of Cape Town. Outsurance took care of all details to provide an engineered constructed retainer wall. Despite the work taking quite a few months, I had minimum contact with the council - bonus. Tracey Grobler from Outsurance took steady control of the build combined with the engineer Derrick Louw's attention to detail to make sure all structures were build to maximum effectiveness carried out by the team of Western Provence Construction under supervision of Charles Jones and Andries Jacobs. They delivered on all their promises and went beyond what I expected to get the boundary wall repaired and assuring that extra draining will minimize water damage should something like this happen again.
