Retail Value not reasonable and no feedback

According to Outsurance's provisional assessment document, my 2007 Atos insured at retail value, is worth only R 35 300, which is unreasonable as no dealership will sell this car for that value. I would like to know what my options are to have this value reviewed also nothing has been explained to me with regards to my options for repair or buy back. Secondly, the salvage ratio is 65% this seems too low. Thirdly, both the car and the policy are in my name and for some reason the insurance tries to contact my wife on a number she doesn't use daily and not me.
