Restricted to use the serviceP of my choice

I just recently claimed with outsurance for my wedding ring that was lost/****** during renovations at my house. Losing a valuable like your wedding ring is a very big deal and I feel that an individual should be given the freedom of using their preferred service provider. I had my ring done with Von Wielligh in Clearwater mall and I'm very much happy with their work and would have still preferred if my ring was made with them. This is an appeal more than anything else to the outsurance team to revise their policy terms and conditions that at least a customer should be given an opportunity to pick a jeweller they want to work with. I very much understand the reason for not paying out in cash in most cases as you also protecting yourselves from ********** claims but however we should be given the freedom to work with our preferred service providers. I am not happy with the provider you referred me to,their website is very dull but going forward I think its something you should look into.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Masego
