Restoring my faith in big corporations

<p>Every time I have to deal with OUTsurance, I am blown away by their customer service. They are efficient and delightful to deal with and really help to turn ****ty situations around. My car was written off in August 2016 and they paid out in full within days. Come December 2016 when someone re-ended me in traffic, again, not a single issue with covering the costs of having it fixed! And now, they have managed to recover my excess as well! I'm truly blown away by your service delivery! Thank you!</p>
