Responsive, Excellent Communication S****s!

<p>For the past year or so i have had the absolute nightmare of speaking to a great amount of telemarketers or telesales consultants to outsource best possible quotes on medical aid, car insurance and general communication for my pension fund withdrawal. </p> <p> </p> <p>From terible communication to NO response to inaccurate details provided to leaving an existing client uninformed, Outsurance excelled in opisite of all of the above!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not sure who the agent was that I just spoke to but WELL DONE! Firstly he litteraly responded before my automatic mail delivered in my Indox. Secondly he explained to me all the questions and T's and C's after reading them to me - not even for one second was my attention on anything else but our phonecall... (except for passing a note to my colleague informing her that she has now saved R400 on her monthly premium just for refering me) </p> <p> </p> <p>I must add that they weren't the cheapest quote out there, but they offered me the least access out of 4 potenstial providers and for that excelent response and judging by the general good feedback I recieve from existing clients I am more then willing to pay!</p> <p> </p> <p>As I have learnt the hard way, I'm still not keeping my hopes up too high... But I truly do hope the keep up with this excelent service when it comes to actually claiming.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Mr. Unknown Agent and Outsurance :) </p> <p> </p>
