I made a follow up phone call to Outsurance Service Department on a query. Spoke with a very friendly client service representavie named Donna. She answered the call professional, even though I was not a the correct department, she still assisted me with what she could assist me with. Although my I couldn't get a great deal on insurance, the service of the consultants make it that pleasant to obtain a quote. Great service department Outsurance. Keep up the good work Donna.
