Respect client's decisions

I requested a cancellation on my policy. The agent who first phoned me, asked for a reason and put me through to another agent whom also asked me. I have made my decision. The second agent proceeded to give me financial advice I didn't ask for and when I said I made my decision, she went on the defense.

As South Africans we work extremely hard for our money and the majority of South Africans don't make financial decisions lightly. If I asked for advice, fair enough.

I received another call after the first one and my reasoning was accepted and the cancellation was processed without financial advice.
