RESCUE INVOICES DONT ACCEPT MY EMAIL

I had a rescue query on 13 August and they could not unblocked the drain, (Designer ) so i spoke to the Manager Amanda, who said i must get a private plumber they will pay me R870><br> Today i email the invoice to [Email Removed]<br> the reject my invoice, i dont know how to email this query<br> i spoke to one of your consultants and she said i must just email the invoice only<br> i did again and still no one want to help me<br> i also email to [Email Removed]<br> my ref no is OT ***. PLS ASK THEM TO PAY ME CAUSE I PAID THE PLUMBER R1000 PLS
