Rescue from my broken down vehicle

A few months ago I signed up with Outsurance post purchasing a new vehicle. On heading out to do a large shopping trip for gifts I parked in the underground parking area at the V&A Waterfront. On returning to my vehicle it took a few attempts to get it started and on leaving the Waterfront my car died entirely.

I managed to pull to the side of the road and whilst being constantly harrassed by security guards telling me "YOU CANT PARK HERE" I decided to contact Outsurance for some advice. They very easily guided me to the app that I had loaded on my phone which would then show them my location. Within minutes a tow truck had arrived (whilst constantly checking on me) and they towed my vehicle to the repair centre that I deal with for me. They called me throughout the trip to check on my safety and ensured that the entire trip was a success. Turns out it was simply a blown fuse but there was no charge from Outsurance and I was thrilled that I had moved my insurance to such a caring and dynamic company. Thank you!!!
