Rescue Appreciated

My car broke down and needed to be towed to a workshop. I made one telephone call to Outsurance and was routed to Damian Hine. Damian was courteous,helpful and showed real concern. He over delivered on service and promise by taking the time to follow through with me and the towing company until it was all sorted out. Thank you Damian.
