My husband locked the keys per accident in the boot, after phoning AA and dealerships and panicking dealing with a difference of amount payable and deciding whether we should break the window, I decided to contact Outsurance (our insurance company), immediately Keegan started asking if my husband is safe where he is and contact details and explained that the service is for free x2 so I do not need to worry, he phoned my husband and kept on up to date until the locksmith came out, my husband is not easily impressed but yesterday he got the WOW factor.
