Rerate policy

Outsurance rerate policy has changed, before they reduce the premium on the car insurance provided no accidents /premiums are paid and profile. <br> <br> Now they not prepared to reduce because its a system thing and they cant override the system ...according to Aliceson. Attitude is very bad. I told her if this is the way Outsurance wants to deal with customers then its fine I will leave....and her reply yes you have that CHOICE!!! My word. <br> <br> The car value has dropped, they still want to increase because the price of parts increased. But when they payout they payout based on a portion of the value of the vehicle. I am shocked. I have been with outsurance for 9 years, have household contents, lifecover and car insurance. <br> <br> Its time I start to look for other insurance companies. Clearly Outsurance does not have a retention policy for loyal and good customers. BECAUSE THE SYSTEM SAID SO !!! <br>
