Rerate Insurance premiums

I received a notice in the mail that my insurance premium is increasing substantially from 1 February 2016. We have been with Outsurance for more than ten years and I was quite annoyed with the increase. I had a small car claim and a windshield claim during the year. I called Outsurance to rerate my premium and was assisted by Andre Stumke. Andre immediate put me at ease with his friendly and professional attitude. He managed to bring down the increase to a negligible amount. My frown has turned into a huge smile.
