REQUESTING CHANGES IN POLICY AND COMPLETELY IGNORED
How does one get Outsurance to talk to you???
I've been sending mails requesting a change in my policy and I'm happily ignored.
Not sure if they are waiting for something to happen so that they don't have to pay or what....
Can maybe somebody come back to me now ***
