Request for termination of insurance
I would like to cancel my insurance which the company is making extremely hard for me. I can’t afford the insurance and having the worst experience in my life due to being in financial distress. I don’t need a call centre agent to try to retain me. I need to cancel this insurance.

I see the policy was indeed cancelled by the respective advisor who spoke to with immediate effect.
I referred the detail to our client care manager to audit the call and discuss his findings with our advisor.
