Reputable "Outsurance " ?
I purchased I vehicle in 2016, insured it with Outsurance .2 days ago ,I get a SMS requesting to provide proof that I have a tracker installed. Whilst on my policy document it is reflected as "Alarm/immobiliser - Unspecified Tracking device - Tracker skytrax consumer r199". After almost 3 years of paying a premium I am asked to provide a certificate from the tracking company. How do you start to even explain that Outsurance. Securing my premium is more important than having me insurance and preventing a court chase at the time of the vehicle possible being ****** . I get it ,I have to tip toe around you cause you ain't really what you seem to be-reputable. Please explain that?
