Reporting of accident

Had an accident last Friday when somebody drove into the back of my car, no damage on my car thanks to tow bar! (so luckily also no impact on my no-claims bonus.). Reported it to Outsurance for reference purposes. Hector dealt with it fast and efficiently, excellent service (in all my previous dealings with Outsurance always received good service!)
