Repeated request ignored

For years now, I have been a loyal Outsurance customer and I repeatedly send them new business. At the end of last year I gave them a new client and according to Outsurance policy I should receive a reward (discount) on my insurance for this. I have reported the matter several times but to date nothing has happened. It seems my request is just ignored.
