Repayment of premiums

My car was written off during 2021 but I paid my premiums year in advance. They paid us out but we opt to keep the car and they should have paid my rest if the premium out to us, which never happened. Beginning April they tried to take another's years, premium but luckily there was not enough money in my account, so they phoned and then they realised they have not paid us out and they got it that they will pay it out. I asked them to release it earlier and on Monday 11 April 2022 they told my son that they will pay it out on Tuesday 12 April. Tuesday come, no money, Wednesday come no money Thursday come now the have another story. Everytime is someone else helping you, after 3vtimes of resending a bank statement now it is a different story. I gad 2 witnesses that they will send an email to release the money immediate, but no chance. So now I still sit I cannot put a new battery in my car. They are a bunch of ****** and I will never ever advise any one to choose outsurance. They are quickly to pay money but not so quickly to pay it back
