Repairs not done properly

I had an accident on the 7th November 2014, and my car was towed to West Rand Panel Beaters.<br> After collection of the car I complained to Outsurance that the car was not fixed properly.<br> And West Rand Panel Beaters claimed that maybe I had another accident as they claimed they fixed the part I was complaining about.<br> I took my car to Jeep for a second opinion as I had decided to fix the car myself and they said what we thought was wrong is not in the first place.<br> What is faulty is the rare sub frame, which does not look like they fixed during the accident.<br> I tried calling Sheila and also sent her an email as she was dealing with my case when I first complained.<br> She hasn't gotten back to me after all my efforts.<br> If Outsurance is all about collecting premium money but when there is a complaint they are not interested then what is the use of having this insurance.
