repaires not firnished

did a claim on a leaking geyser on the 5/01/2015 spoke to Zelda vel Rodgers, claim was handled very good and the assessor was sent to check the damage. tree repairers area were noted 1, geyser,2 ceiling and wall unit n a bedroom was noted. geyser and ceiling were done, up to now wall unit is not done I have phoned outsurance, promised a feed back tree weeks ago. on the 19/02/2015 I received a call from schoeman plumbers to arrange for someone to be at home when they come to do the remaining repairs .we set the date for 23/02/2015 I had to arrange someone to be at my place on this date up to now no one has come, still cannot use my place for my clothing.
