Repair Car Using Second Hand Parts?
Initially after a car accident we were impressed with their help when a car hit us and managed to get a hire car. However, we are still waiting for the repairs to start as the panelbeater is waiting for second hand parts? I didn't know that was what Outsurance did - I wrongly assumed they got the parts from the manufacturer? 4 weeks and still no further forward.

No one returns calls and I am left waiting for the process to take part when Outsurance have delayed the claim for 4 weeks by just letting my car stay in a garage without cany repairs having taken place. Now I have no car and no hire car. POOR service.
