Remove account from credit profile!

I have tried multiple times to get Outsurance to remove their account on my credit record. It has been over 2 years now! I requested several times for it to be closed as I was unemployed for a full year hence the request. This is now showing on my credit profile and has a heavily negative affect on it. Please kindly forward this to the relevant department to handle with utter urgency! ***
