REJECTION OF CLAIM FOR FALSE GROUNDS

Please be advised as that as per the meeting I had with Carl from your office yesterday. Carl informed me that i had given false information when I took cover with out surance even after explaining to him that is not the case. He kept on insisting continuously and in an intimidating manner that i was telling a lie or giving misleading information about my previous policy I had with Auto & General. As i had explained to Carl yesterday that I personally cancelled my policy with A & G and he kept on saying that I was lying right in front of his face which I found intimidating. After my meeting with A & G I called the A & G to cancel my policy with immediate effect and on the same day I attended the meeting. Mr Car then produced a letter that he insisted yet again that I had received the letter from the A & G. I informed him that I had not seen this letter before and but I have received numerous correspondence from A & G but not the letter that was presented to me. As we were continuing with our meeting Mr Carl being sarcastic in the process insisted and made comments about, I quote \\How could you have received all the other correspondence but not this letter\end quote.<br> \"\"\""
