rejection of claim

My home was broken in to and i claimerd for whatever was ******. Outsurance rejected my claim and i was forced to remove items from my claim as they believed that i did not own these items as i did not have prof. As a compulsive buyer i do not keep slips and do not remember discretion of a few items. I was forced bt Mr moonsami to write that i did not own and remove the items of the list. I was not even paid for the spare car key ******. They rejected my entire claim. They ask u so many questions that u even doubt your name. I cannot remember everything I own. Does me having so many things make me dishonest? I literally was forced to wrote on a paper by my munsami that I never owned certain items. Like he was there when people gave me gifts n when I purchased. I was not paid even part of my claim. I now believe people outsurance is there to take your money but when u are in problem they no where. Will not recommend outsurance to any1. Their service is horrible.
