Rejection of a claim by outsurance
I just had three worse experience with Outsurance rejecting my claim for something disgrace, I claimed about leakage on the roof due to storms and rain.Now because there is a small cement on the roof they have rejected my claim because of that.They take chances because I am 73yrs .

Further to our private reply to you, we received feedback from our assessing manager, confirming a discussion was held with both yourself and then your son.
The rejection of the claim was discussed in detail. The lack of maintenance together with the fact that the damages were not caused by the same event claimed for.
We assure we ail at all times settle valid claims and age of our clients will not impact any claim. Our policy wording also explains our cover in detail, and covered perils as well as exclusion are stipulated. We owe it to all our clients to pay valid claims only.
We are not insensitive to the financial loss you are incurring as a result if the rejection.
