Rejected Items within a claim
Outsurence is expecting me to keep my clothing receipts for more than a year in order to be able to claim for them if something happens.

I spoke to Eugene Voges which he was assessing my claim and he informed me that some clothing store requires customer to keep their clothing receipts for a year as a proof of purchase in case of any damage to the purchased item. This is after I told Eugene that there no such thing, Markham has a 30 days and 6 months policy and his response was \\that's Markham\. I went to the Edgars website and they have the exactly the same policy. This was to prove to Eugene that you cannot expect client to keep clothing receipt for a year more and he could give a written documentation stating this requirement from Outsurence

There are specific items that were rejected just because of the scenario explained above after I specifically asked the sales person where would one get a proof of ownership for clothing if the item was bought long ago or receipts lost\""
