Rejected claim
I have out and about cover for my photographic equipment. I dropped a camera and it stopped working. Repair cost less than my years premium.Rejected because Kresin believes he is more highly qualified tjan a Nikon Technician. Now Outsuranxe will lose all my business.. I can only say that I am glad it happened now for a small claim...

Although we are not insensitive the the financial costs you now have to incur, we wish to confirm the following:
Your own service provider supp**** us with the report which we based our decision to reject the claim on no covered peril: component failure.
On 23 November we informed you if you still don't agree with your service provider's report and provide us with a report from an alternative service provider, we will review the matter for you. To date, we have not received another report from you.
