rejected claim

my claim was rejected with allegations that I was driving under the influence, I was told my car is a write off and to my surprise I checked the documents they recently forwarded to my lawyer stating that the car is not a write off an the quotations they gave me to no tally with the ones my lawyer received. please help I am stuck with a damaged cars and if possible can Outsurance please provide prove of my drunken driving as I was sober.
