Reject claims

Outsurance has rejected my 3rd party claim after receiving the police report, have been waiting 9 months and now my insurance has to start a litigation process. I can't imagine how they treat their own clients.

Good day Ande

Following your contact with us regarding your third party liability claim rejection. We escalated your complaint to our Claims Management Team.

They reviewed the merits of the claim and contacted your insurer to discuss the decision we made. It has been communicated to your insurer to engage you and provide you with the outcome of the review and decision.

We completely understand how the experience has made you feel and apologise for the ordeal. Unfortunately our decision to reject remains.

Regards

Hi there,

Thanks so much for the feedback. I can't understand why you still decide to reject even though it clearly shows on the accident report that your client was at fault. She blatantly took a turn without being cautious and drove straight into the lane where my car was passing over. Your client told me that she admitted fault to you and had to pay extra excess because it was her fault. Unfortunately at this stage I am contacting the ombudsman to review the matter.
