Register the claim the previous nite... The next morning the friendly assistant called me to say he will be my assistant... Explain the whole process.. Fewe moments after that i was assigned to service provider.. They were a little bit far and they called the service proviser in town... Within few moments the service provider in town called ask adress and showed up at my doorstep.. Unfortunately it was cheaper than the excess that i couldnot afford now so i could not make use of the offer.. Later the was a follow up with 1st provider to ask if sliding door were fixed... So i explained..But. OUTSURANCE RESPONSE TIME ON CLAIM IS AWESOME.. NOTHING COMPARES
