Regae Mogapi is customer obsessed, efficient and an example to others

I called help@out on Friday to seek assistance with replacement of two broken windows. Regae was assigned to my case. WOW, wow, wow..... the service received from her was the best I have ever received in my entire life. Due to the approaching weekend and "breaking up" parties, none of their suppliers could assist me on such a short notice. She constantly called me to update me with the progress of the claim. She was very concerned that I would spend the whole weekend with broken windows. She showed the same level of concern as if it was her own house. The windows was eventually replaced on Monday, but it was not due to a lack of constantly trying from her side to get other repairers involved. She called me before, during and after the repairs to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done. Thank you so much Regae for the dedication that you displayed.
